1. How long does it take for the acumulator to get charged?
If the acumulator is fully empty then it takes 3 hours for it to get fully charged. The acumulator gives 20 ampere electric but it gets charged with 15 ampere.

2. How many kgs does the caravan put on the car's draw hook?
It is like in all towing caravans, the weight that must be on the drawhook is between 30-50 kgs. This limit is also used in Soykar caravans according to the model.

3. Does the acumulator get charge from the car while driving?
The required installation must be applied to both your car and caravan. According to this installment, the caravan acumulator can be charged during the drive. This option, can be applied to your caravan according to your choice in the factory.

5. Can a gasket be applied around the bath door?
The bath door is fiberglass coating and it does not leak water because of its' manufacturing. Besides this, the nylon bath curtain in front of the bath door splits the bath and the door. The door system can be made upon your choice.

6. Can wastes of wc easily be evacuated?
The wc model which we use in our caravans is portable camping type wc. It has all disinfectant, siphon system and safety cap. Besides this model, installable wc types can also be used in caravans. The waste water depots of these models, can be evacuated by a cap which is opened outside from a side wall of the caravan. These models are constant. All wcs' waste water depots are together with the wc module.Besides this, there are differences between the siphon usages. The general waste water depots of the caravans can not be used for wc wastes. We can install the one you want from these models in our factory upon your request.

7. Information about the air conditioning system?
Air conditioning system is a device which is installed upon request. The caravan acumulator does not support the air conditioning system because it is 220 Volt and at least 800 Watt. A camping place or an accomodation place which has 220 Volt electric is needed for the air conditioning system.

8. How many BTU is the air conditioning system?
It can be 5800 BTU or up.

9. How long does the tube endure when the heating system is on?
This completely depends on usage upon weather conditions. If the weather outside is 0 C and the temperature in the carvan is 20 C, the usage of the tube including heating system is 8 days. If the weather outside is normal (10 C and up) the usage of the tube including heating system is 20-25 days.

10. Do metal parts have warranty?
All parts of Soykar Caravans have 2 years warranty as the Ministry of Industry suggested and it is stated in the warranty booklet.

11. Does the caravan hev steel belt? All chasis systems of Soykar Caravans are steel profile cage. Profiles are united to each other by welding. There is no screwing sysytem. Steel belt system is used in wooden chasis caravans.

12. Can a tent be applied on the caravan?
Tent-canopy might be mounted upon request in our factory. The interior steel support is provided by Soykar Caravans' chasis system being completely steel.

13. What must be the weight of the car that will pull the caravan?
The weight of the car which will pull the carvan is not important. The hp power and motor cc is important.

14. What must be the hp of the car that will pull the caravan?
A 1300 cc motor and upper, 90 hp and upper is advised for the Soykar 310. A 1600 cc motor and upper, 100 hp and upper is advised for the Soykar 450. A 1800 cc motor and upper, 120 hp nd upper is advised for the Soykar 570.

15. What is the volume of the tube and how long does it endure?
A 12 kg tube is used in your caravan. In normal usage (oven+heating), it endures 25 days.

16. Does the caravan have tax?
There is no tax for towing caravans. Your car's tax is valid.

17. Can the caravan be rented?
We do not have renting at this stage. There will be renting by subsidiaries at t the next stages.

18. Can it be rented with a car?
We can not provide you cars with caravans at this stage. This issue will be active at the next stages with the deals which will be made with car rental comapnies.

Soykar Caravans have 2 years warranty as it is stated by the Ministry of Industry. All service facilities which is included by the warranty certificate can be done in our factory.

24. How long does it take for the normal acumulator and air coditioning acumulator to get charged?
The air conditioning system does not work with the acumulator. It works with 220 Volt. The caravan's acumulator is 60 ampere and if we assume that it is fully empty, it can get charged from the car acumulator with 12 ampere. In this case the caravan's acumulator gets charged from the car's acumulator in 3 hours.

26. Can I make personal changes in the caravan?
We can manufacture caravans upon your choice because all parts of Soykar caravans are manufactured in our factory. The interior of the caravan can be designed in the way you want. The exterior changes can be made upon your request as you will agree with our designer team.

27. How much must be payed for a motocaravan?
In order to have a motocaravan, the vehicle you want or our factory recommends must be bought from the market. This choice affects the price of the motocaravan. Other things like size, function and accessories also affects the price of the motocaravan.

28. How is the electrical system?
There is 1 acumulator and a fuse box in the baggage of the Soykar caravans. The system is feeded by the acumulator in normal usage. Besides this, there is an external feeding line which is 220 Volt. The acumulator gets charged from the 220 Volt charging unit which is mounted on it. Lights, sockets and the charging unit are mounted on the acumulator with seperate fuse and safety curcuit.

Externally mounted air conditioning system is used as cooling system. The heating system is provided by fully automatic oil burner unit. The heating system is air flowing.

32. What are the hot and cold water technics?
The water system works with the water which is pumped from the clean water depot under the caravan's furniture. Main line water is only used for filling the water depot. Cold water system is the water which is pumped from the depots.

33. Can I buy only the acumulator and charging generator?
We can sell the acumulator and charging unit seperately. There are 2 models of charging units. The one which is manuelly operated is 60 million; the automatically operated one is 150 million TL and these units can be installed in our factory.

The interior of Soykar caravans can be planned by our designer team upon your request and it will be manufactured in our factory.

The baggages of 450 and 570 are designed to carry bicycle. Besides this, a bicycle carrier can be mounted as an external accessory on the backside of your caravan.

40. Can a rectengular glass be applied to the caravan?
Rectangular glass can be mounted in our factory. 4mm pneumatic auto glass is used in Soykar caravans.

41. Can I choose the installation of the interior of the caravan?
The interior of your caravan can be designed by our experieced designer team. Fabric, cap choices, furniture paint colors and grids may be used upon your choice.

42. Can I get the interior of my caravan installed?
The redecoration of your caravan, pickup converting and interior-exterior fixing may be done in our factory in Ankara. All designs can be done by our expeirenced designers. You can decorate your caravan either upon your or our designers' choice.

43. Are the tires second hand, what are the sizes?
Second hand tires can not be used for driving safety. Soykar 310,450 and 570 use 13-14-15 rim tires.

44. How is the heat isolation, do you have a measurement for this?
Heat isolation is provided with 3 cm thick, foam plaques which are resistant for per 25 m2.

45. What are the procedures for the traffic?
The traffic department must register your car's licence that your "car can pull a trailer". A project of your drawhook with your car is needed for this process. The approval has to be taken from T.C. Karayolları and drawhook will be mounted on your car. The electric link between your car and caravan will be installed during this operation.

46. What type of test did you make for endurance?
Soykar caravans are tested for wind turbine, overturn and somersault, resistance for strokes, rain and water leakage, sudden weather changes and heat change tests in our factory by our engineers. You can see our caravan tests in our web site later.

47. What is the coefficient of heat insulation?

48. Is the air conditioning system independent? Is it used with tube, acumulator, electric, can it be used with all?
The air conditioning system works with 220 Volt. It is seperate from the main electric system. The acumulator does not support the air conditioning because the air conditioning works with 800 Watt.

49. How do oven,refrigerator and tv work?
The oven works with the tube.The refrigerator works both with tube, acumulator and 220 Volt. Normally it is feeded by the acumulator. Tube is the secondary usage. 220 Volt electric is recommended in camping and resting places.

50. How is the hot water heated?
Hot water is provided by oil burner with LPG. This system can also be provided by 220 Volt.

51. Does it have water and electric socket?
We have 220 Volt socket for external electric connection and depot caps in order to fill the water depots.

52. Can a gas pipe be applied to the exterior part of the caravan in order to avoid fry smell?
It is dangerous and not recommended to give out gas exit from the caravan for safety reasons.

53. Can we have mobile oven?
We use constant type, ancastre ovens which is supported by tube in Soykar caravans. The ovens are constant for tube connection and t avoid leakage. These ovens may be changed with electrical ovens. Electrical ovens work with 220 Volt.

54. Do we have parking problem?
It may be hard to park big size caravans in narrow places. The most importanat advantage of towing caravans is that they can be removed form the car. So you can push or pull the caravan with your hands by removing the caravan from the car in order to park in narrow places.

55. Can the wood work be more painstaking?
The wooden material used in Soykar caravans is raw lumber and plywood. They are handmade.We do not use coated and lamina products. The reason of that is to have freedom of redecoration and color change chance in the future usage. It is more endurable than lamina applications.Lamina products are heavy products for caravans. We chose lumber and plywood for weight calculations. Any type of furniture can be used for less movable vehicles like trailers and containers.

56. How is the service, what is the price, what is the frequency of the services?
Soykar caravans' service will be done periodically if they are parked in our factory. Normally, it is recommended that you take your caravan to our factory for service 7 days before you go on road. Break controls, chasis and axle connections, wheels, absorbers, windows, locks and all things in the interior of the caravan which are under warranty will be conrolled and fixed.

57. How long is the eceonomical life of the caravan?
Soykar caravans are designed for a lifetime usage because of its high technology, endurable material, marginal design and limitless choices. Its' service and fixing is easier than wooden caravans. Any damaged material of your caravan may be changed in our factory. If the factory can not be reached, it is also easier to be fixed by local services because the materials used are manufactured to be fixed by local services in case of emergency.

58. Are the lengths of the beds enough, what is the length and width?
The bed sizes change according to the caravan sizes. The beds' width change between 116-120 cm and their length change between 197-200 cm. The bed convertible furniture in Soykar 310 is 63cm x 197 for one person, in the other models it is designed for 120 x 200 cm for two people.

59. Does it have water leakage out of the bath door?
There won't be any leakage. The bath door is coated with fiberglass from the interior. Besides this a nylon bath curtain is applied between the door and bath therefore the towels you hang wiil not be wet.

60. How is the waste water evacuation?Can all be evacuated from the pipe?
The waste water depot is made for kitchen and bath water. Wc wastes will not be stored in waste water depot; they will be stored in wc's own wate depot. You can discharge waste water depot into drainage in camping place and wc wastes to cesspit. Waste water can be discharged from the valve.

61. What kind of wood are the furnitures?
The furniture materials which are used in the caravans are lumber and plywood. They are chosen according to they're having long life, being light and endurable and they're having the choice of color change from the other caravans in the market. Soykar caravans use hornbeam and oak woods but any type of wood can be used upon your rerquest.

62. How long does the water depot endure?
It changes according to water usage and depot capacity.

63. How do yo make the tests?
Soykar caravans are tested for wind turbine, overturn and somersault, resistance for strokes, rain and water leakage, sudden weather changes and heat change tests in our factory by our engineers. You can see our caravan tests in our web site later.

We can manufacture containers in any size with monoblock fiber body and steel protection belt.

Your caravan will be delivered in 10 days after the payment which is stated in the agreement. All productions are made in our factory in Ankara.

68. Can shower system be constant?
The valved shower which is used in Soykar caravans, is gathered in one valve because of the reason that the shower place is narrow and the water usage is limited with depots. A seperate system can be applied to your caravan upon your request. The shower can be redesigned by our designers with your instruction before your caravan manufactured. The shower and wc can be seperated from each other.

69. Can the fixing arms under the caravan be hydraulic instead of manuel?
The manuel stabilizers whic are used in Soykar caravans are manufactured in our factory and applied as standard. Many caravans use this system. They are found more appropriate because of their service, maintanance and care. We can manufacture hydraulic stabilizers in our factory upon your request and instal them on your caravan.

70. What type of paint do you use?
We use acyrilic paint and varnish which is preferred by automotive industry. The bottom part (chasis and stabilizers) are painted with epoxy paint. The insulation material is applied to the chasis by melting with heating method.

71. Does it take water from outside?
We have clean water depots under the furniture in all Soykar caravans. You can fill these depots from the cap which is on the right side of the caravan. The depots have float system. You can see the water level either from the depot or the control panel. Depot sizes change according to caravan models. There can not be a continous connection to the main water system.

72. How do you make the massive body?
We can have massive body because all parts of the caravan have moulds. All surfaces are manufactured like one piece panels not likepartial panels. The fiberglass side profile is mounted on both walls in order to close the open gaps on the sides after all surfaces are mounted. In order to unite the surfaces, we do not use screwing method. We stick polyester and fiber to each other which is the raw material of fiberglass. The massive body is preferred in order to lower the number of connection parts. The reason of that is screwed connection parts may open in time because of shock.

73. Can all windows be opened?
All windows can be opened but only 3-4 windows can be opened for caravan safety.

74. Can it be made for building site without wheels?
We have container productions for building areas which are bigger, wheeled and wheelless. These products may have changes from home type Soykar caravans because of external wiev and the materials used. We have container productions for building areas in different sizes and functions upon your request but all Soykar caravans are manufactured in steel cage system.

75. Can bedroom be changeable?
The bedroom can change upon your request. The bedroom can be seperated from other areas of the caravan in our home type caravans and it gives you all functions of a house. You can change the interior design with our designer team before your caravan is manufactured.
